Big Syke, 2Pac Collaborator and Thug Life Member, Dies at 48

Legendary rapper Big Syke was found dead in his home in Hawthorne, California, late Monday night. According to TMZ, police responded to a call to his home, and the L.A. County Coroner's office followed shortly thereafter.

Big Syke was a longtime friend of Tupac, and appeared on a number of Tupac tracks, such as "All Eyez on Me," and, "Picture Me Rollin,'" in addition to being a part of the Thug Life group.

Big Syke, whose real name was Tyruss Himes, had struggled with heart and obesity issues in the past. He was 48.
