Joe Budden: I Would've F***ed Up Cam'ron for Copyrighting ByrdGang
Joe Budden weighed in on the rift between Dipset founders Cam'ron and Jim Jones during his most recent "I'll Name This Podcast Later" segment. During this week's podcast, published on Tuesday, Budden specifically addressed Cam saying he copyrighted the name "ByrdGang" without consulting Jones first. ByrdGang was a rap collective formed by Jones in 2006, though Cam has claimed in the past he simply believed it was an offshoot of Dipset.
"Dog, when he said, 'You told me you wasn't doin' nothing with ByrdGang, so I copyrighted it,' I would've f***ed him up -- immediately!" Budden exclaimed.
