Taxstone Arrested on Gun Charge Related To Irving Plaza Shooting
Podcast personality Taxstone has been arrested in relation to the Troy Ave shooting incident which took place in 2016.
The violent altercation, which left one man dead and Troy wounded at New York City’s Irving Plaza, is still being investigated by police while the Brooklyn rapper is out on bond — awaiting trial for his involvement.
According to NBC News, Tax has been charged on a “federal warrant charging him with being a felon in possession of firearm and was also being sought by the NYPD in relation to the Irving Plaza shooting.”

On Monday, law enforcement sources told NBC 4 New York they had arrested Daryl Campbell aka Taxstone in Brooklyn.
Campbell is a hip hop personality and hosts his own “Tax Season” podcast.
Sources said he was wanted on a federal warrant charging him with being a felon in possession of firearm and was also being sought by the NYPD in relation to the Irving Plaza shooting.
U.S. Marshals New York and New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and NYPD arrested Campbell Monday morning without incident, sources said.
