The current crop of so-called “mumble rappers” which have been sprouting up in the past couple of years has gotten under the skins of a few well respected lyricists.
Chino XL, the Outsidaz’s Pacewon and fellow New Yorker Spider Da God are here to return Hip-Hop to its essence, looking to eradicate any “new n*ggas” who don’t belong and are simply along for a quick check.
